The Museum cordially invites donors of 2022 phase Silk Walk bricks to an unveiling of their engraved brick that is displayed at the Museum's headquarters, the Botto House National Landmark on Sunday, June 5th, 2022 at 1PM. The event will begin with the Museum's General Membership meeting. The Museum will be open to visitors and, the Museum Store will be available for browsing and shopping.
The Silk Walk is made of engraved bricks prominently placed at the Museum's front walkway and under the grape arbor of its Old World Gardens. This ongoing project is available for all to participate. The Museum welcomes individuals and organizations to purchase an engraved brick as a memorial for a loved one, to honor a graduate, to celebrate a co-worker/organization and evenfor yourself. Each year, trained apprentices schooled at the International Masonry Institute of Bordentown, New Jersey install the bricks. Members of the masons' union Local 4 & 5 are scheduled to participate in this year's installation.
